Beginners Camp 1st-5th grade

WHO: Designed for beginning players
Kids 1st-5th grade having completed first or second season still looking to work on fundamentals, AND brand new players looking to try lacrosse for the first time.

WHAT: Fundamentals and Best Habits
We will be teaching fundamental skills and promoting free play through small sided training drills and games.

WHEN: June 17th & 18th    9AM-12PM

Intermediate Camp 5th-8th Grade

WHO: Designed for intermediate players
Kids 5th-8th grade having played for two or more seasons.

WHAT: We will be teaching intermediate skills and growing lacrosse IQ through small sided training drills and games.

• Developing Good Habits & Muscle Memory
• Footwork and Effective Dodging
• Shooting Mechanics and Technique
• Increase Lacrosse IQ

WHEN: June 17th & 18th    9AM-12PM
Day 1 Skills Training/Free Play
Day 2 Skills Training/Scrimmage

BEGINNERS:  Sticks needed - we will have a limited supply of loaner sticks available.

INTERMEDIATE: Please bring all of your gear.
